Adding to the nourishment in the first class we press on learning about the healing properties of the next 60 foods.

You’ll spend the day with Lainie Sevante Wulkan to discover all the wellness facts of each card from The Food Healing Oracle Deck’s Second Helpings Decks.

Understand each food’s health properties, nutrition composition, research studies on its benefits, their strategic use in fighting disease, mental health and psychological wellness.
